This PROJECT is a very large one and is not 100% complete.

When it is finished, the following Biographies; Plat Maps; Views; and others will be available on a

CD-ROM for a small donation of $5 each category plus shipping costs of $2.50 to non-members.

Members who wish a copy will be given one free for the asking, as long as it is via internet.

If members want a CD-ROM they are asked to please send $2.50 for postage and .50 cents for the cd itself.

The 1861 PLAT is not the very best copy. In fact it falls slightly above one of POOR Quality.

The large print is readable and small print is hard to difficult to unable to read.

Here is a list of what soon will be available.

Once they become available the links will be operational giving you a look at the indices.

All CD-ROMS are scanned copies in a PDF format.

The Atlases and Plats of Greene County, Illinois for the years of 1861to 1915,

was a project undertaken by the Greene County Historical Society in 1976.

The President of the Society at that time was Royal Frazier.

The Atlas Reprint Committee was A. Eileen Smith Cunningham, Chairperson and Mabel Sheffer and Vera Harr.

The Indexing was prepared by Glenda Wilcox, Comprehensive Employment Training Act.
